Pharmacy Weight Loss Yeovil is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) providing weight loss consultation and prescription services to patients in Yeovil and the surrounding United Kingdom. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services where clinical eligibility criteria are not met. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of your account and could pose serious risks to your health.
All prescription medications are issued only after a thorough clinical assessment by our qualified pharmacist prescriber. A prescription will only be issued where it is clinically appropriate and in your best interest.
Prescriptions are issued in accordance with UK law and MHRA guidelines. We do not supply prescription-only medicines without a valid, clinically justified prescription. We reserve the right to refuse, amend, or cancel a prescription at our clinical discretion at any time.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete medical information during your consultation. Failure to disclose relevant medical history, current medications, or allergies may result in clinical risk and the cancellation of your prescription without a refund.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely using encrypted payment technology.
Prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time, though any change will not affect orders already confirmed.
If your order is declined following clinical assessment, a full refund will be issued for the medication cost. Consultation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once the assessment has been completed.
Once your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is conducted via a tracked courier service to your confirmed UK address.
We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive or signature-required items.
Medications must be stored in accordance with the instructions provided in the patient information leaflet included with your order.
You may cancel your order at any time before your prescription has been approved and dispatched. To cancel, please contact us immediately via our website or email.
Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medicines for safety and legal reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds for cancelled pre-dispatch orders will be processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.
